ONYX-DIAG kit — continuous diagnostics
The ONYX-DIAG kit brings together the three measurements of a compressed air audit — power, pressure, flow — on an ONYX IoT server with online dashboards. It is the equipment we recommend alongside the air audit: the same measurement rigour, installed permanently.
Field challenge
A compressor can consume “normally” while producing poorly: leaks, artificial demand, deficient control. Without measuring pressure and flow together with power, the system’s real efficiency — and the money being lost — stays invisible.
Measurable benefits
Specific efficiency (kW per 100 SCFM) becomes a number tracked continuously in the online charts. Pressure drops, artificial demand and drift show up on the curves as they happen. The optimization — or Hydro-Québec energy audit — case rests on measured data, not estimates.
Local server or cloud, your choice

Is this the kit used in your audits?
Yes. ONYX-DIAG measures power, pressure and flow simultaneously — exactly what a serious compressed air audit requires. Installed permanently, it gives you a continuous audit rather than a snapshot.
How many compressors and measurement points can it cover?
The ONYX server reads as many Modbus sensors as needed. The base kit covers a typical compressor room; we size it to your installation through the configurator or during the quote.
Can we start small and add sensors later?
Yes — that's the strength of the open Modbus architecture. Many clients start with ONYX-RUN (power only) and add pressure, flow or dew point later, without replacing anything.
