CAL-EDGE-0 — 4G data logger for compressed air
The CAL-EDGE-0 is a compact data logger that reads your compressor and sensors over Modbus, then sends the measurements to the CALMS cloud over a 4G cellular network. It’s the simplest way into monitoring a compressed air system: real data, sampled every second, accessible from anywhere.
Field challenge
Most plants don’t measure their compressed air. Decisions — replacing a compressor, hunting for leaks, adjusting pressure — are made without data. The CAL-EDGE-0 establishes that measurement baseline with no local panel or complex wiring: it connects to the existing controller and starts transmitting.

Who installs it?
The customer installs it, and Onyx M3 commissions it. The device is designed to be plug and play, so installation is straightforward; Onyx M3 then handles configuration and commissioning, on site or remotely.
