ONYX-360 kit — the compressor room under watch

The ONYX-360 kit puts the whole room under permanent monitoring: power and run status of every compressor, network pressure and flow, dew point at the dryer — all on an ONYX IoT server with online dashboards and alarms.

Frequently asked questions

Which alarms are configured?

The essential thresholds of a compressor room: pressure below the required minimum, dew point out of range (risk of water in the network), specific-efficiency drift and unexpected compressor operation. Thresholds are tuned to your installation.

Why measure dew point?

It is the air-quality indicator: a drifting dryer sends water into the network and damages tools and product long before anyone notices. Under monitoring, the drift triggers an alarm the same day.

Does ONYX-360 replace the CALMS platform?

No — the two solutions complement each other. ONYX-360 is open monitoring (Modbus + online charts), local or cloud, with no subscription. CALMS adds compressed-air-specific analysis, automatic monthly reports and compressor control. Several clients combine both.
